SocialHub was designed to be a simple and efficient ticket distribution and purchasing experience. An app that seamlessly guides you through a transaction with friendly rounded corners, bright vibrant colours with a comfortable neighborhood vibe.

SocialHub aims for users to discover a new way of getting social event tickets to your network. Get tickets and quick access to all of your SocialHub events and event information directly from your iphone 6. Event organizers can keep track of their ticket sales and stats, and even check in event attendees from the app. The App saves time for social planners, printing and transportation costs and provides distribution to a larger radius of people who are interested in supporting your event.

Target Audience

Our ideal customer is between the ages of 20 and 35 who enjoys social activities and is a regular smart phone user. They use their smart phone daily for routine tasks and value efficiency. Customers are typically female and enjoy organizing and planning events. They are middle class in income and have joined the workforce in the last 3 years.

Persona 1

Kim is a 26 year old nurse who recently got engaged to Derek after graduating from university. Kim no longer caries a day planner because she keeps everything organized in her iphone 6. Kim uses SocialHub to organize the tickets sales to her and Derek’s upcoming wedding social. She can easily distribute her ticket code via text message/e-mail or Facebook to contact a wide variety of her & Derek’s network. SocialHub gives Kim the peace of mind to stay organized throughout her hectic shift work hours as a nurse.

Persona 1

Jason is 29 year old and wants to grab a last minute ticket to his buddies social. Jason worked all day as a landscaper and is dreading the thought of driving across the city to pick up a ticket from his friend Eric’s house. Jason lays down on the couch, signs up for SocialHub, grabs himself a ticket and and let’s out a sigh of relief that he can relax after a long day.
